My husband and I made a payment in Oct 2010 and to this date the payment has not shown up. After calling these people on numerous occasions, all they tell me is that they need a copy of the front and back of the money order to show that it was cash.
At the same time, my husband filled out a 2 forms for 2 accounts giving me the authorization to help handle his accounts as he really don't have the time and patients to deal with companies at this time. I was authorized by GE Money to handle one account but I cant handle the other account.
After trying to call someone who speaks English, I couldn't get anywhere. I will be paying off both accounts and hopefully I will not have to deal with them anymore.
